John Snodgrass
John has been in the insurance business since 1983, starting with Met Life, moving to Blue Cross, and then starting BDS with Stephen and Bob in 1989. He lives in Huntington with his wife Christy. He is on the Board of Directors at the Huntington City Mission. He also is a member of the Southern Gospel trio Bloodline. They travel around the area and sing in churches, fairs, gatherings, about anywhere people will call and ask. Robert Crabtree
Bob has been in the business since 1985. He began with MassMutual, and then began working toward health insurance more and more. He and Stephen Jones decided to start the agency, and soon after finding John, BDS was born. Bob lives in Huntington with his wife Kim, and has three children, Seth, Blaine, and Courtney, and several nieces and nephews, who are always coming to "Bobba's and Mimi's house".

Stephen Jones
Stephen has been with MassMutual for 25+- years. He is very active with community projects, serving on the board of the Tri-State Council of the Boy Scouts, and the Board of Team for WV Children. He is also an elder in his church, First Presbyterian Church of Huntington. He lives in Huntington with his wife Karen, and has three children, Sarah, Stephen, and Jennifer, and two grandchildren.

Judy Taylor
Judy L. Taylor takes responsibility for Benefit Design Services' reams of paper and their electronic shadows. She is uniquely qualified to manage unwieldy archives, having earned B.A. and M.A. degrees at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and the Ph.D. in historical musicology at The University of Texas at Austin. She also serves as "grip" to her husband, photographer Gary W. Taylor http://home.earthlink.net/~garyandjudy/Choices.html). When she is not at the office, you might see her at First United Methodist Church, where she directs the choir. Amateur radio operators will hear her (WD8EOP) on Huntington's 146.76 repeater.
